University of Toronto Summer Research Opportunities
TDRA is dedicated to supporting the development of future dementia researchers through providing co-funding for three key programs at the University of Toronto:
- Comprehensive Research Experience for Medical Students (CREMS): A program for medical students.
- CREMS MD/PhD Stream: A specialized stream for students in the MD/PhD track.
- Medical Student Post-Doctoral Summer Research Program (MSPDSRP): A program for medical students undertaking post-doctoral research.
TDRA will co-fund the research supervisor’s portion of the student stipends for dementia-related projects at TDRA sites. This funding is available for up to two projects across all three programs. TDRA will contribute $3,250 toward the supervisor’s portion of the total $6,000 stipend, with the program covering the remaining $2,750.
