Welcome Tracey MacArthur to the TDRA Executive Committee

The TDRA is pleased to welcome Tracey MacArthur, Interim President & CEO of CAMH, and the new Co-Chair of the Executive Committee of TDRA. Tracey has been a member of the Executive Leadership Team at CAMH for the last decade. Most recently, she served as the Senior Vice President, Operations & Chief Operating Officer. Before her time with CAMH, Tracey held several senior leadership positions at the University Health Network.

In total, Tracey has more than 25 years of experience working in academic healthcare. This experience spans many settings including clinical care, health informatics, privacy, and project and operations management. Currently, her main interests include healthcare analytics, quality improvement, and translating evidence-based care into practice.

In her work, she is deeply committed to team development and mentorship. She is also dedicated to inclusion, supporting the development of increasingly patient-centric care that is informed by numerous voices and perspectives.
