Farewell and Thank You to Dr. Catherine Zahn

Dear TDRA Community,

As many of you know, Dr. Catherine Zahn is leaving her role as President and CEO of CAMH to become the next Deputy Minister of Health for Ontario.  Catherine is a passionate advocate for brain and mental health. Under her leadership, CAMH has evolved into a highly regarded and world-leading centre for research and care in mental health.

In 2020, Catherine welcomed TDRA to CAMH and continued her strong support of TDRA’s vision and mission. Her guidance and presence will be missed at the TDRA’s Executive table, but the province of Ontario and people living with dementia stand to benefit greatly from her intellect, experience, energy and exemplary leadership.

On behalf of TDRA Core team, congratulations Catherine on your new role and thank you for your unwavering support of TDRA over the past decade and for me personally over the past year.
