Advances in Dementia Research Webinar: Updates on Risk and Protective Factors for Dementia
Advances in Dementia Research is a Toronto Dementia Research Alliance (TDRA) webinar series, which is presented in partnership with the Alzheimer Society of Toronto. Learn more about the series.
Presented by Dr. Jennifer Rabin, this webinar provides an overview of modifiable risk and protective factors that may delay the progression of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias.
Dr. Rabin will also review two studies that are open for participation in this area: 1) a virtual study that assesses what adults in Canada know about risk factors for dementia, and 2) a study based at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre that investigates risk and protective factors for dementia among people who identify as East Asian, South Asian, or White. You will have the opportunity to ask questions.
About the Speaker
